Thank You

Today I would like to thank each and every one of you following me and supporting my tiny world of creativity.  It is really exciting to design, create and stitch new things, I am enjoying this challenge. 

My etsy shop reached a tiny milestone today, 40 sales! Thank you ALL so much for supporting me, this gives me great happiness knowing people like what I do.

I love what I do

Lately I have been cross stitching, but after my epic 66 day stay in hospital I have been thinking more about what truly makes me happy.  Of course it is hand embroidery! So of course I will continue with my Mini Monthly Sardines as they have grown on my over the time I designed them, they will still be released for my Etsy shop every month on the 15th as this is planned.

So the question is..... what will I be doing now??

Experimenting with more 3D 360 degree hand embroidery as this is what really excites me and I love the challenge. These type of pieces take time to design and create so this is why I fill that void with cross stitch designs.  

Whilst at university I explored nature a lot, drawing, painting, digitally placing my individual drawn elements.  I was not a fan of using technology to combine things, I took more enjoyment from cutting each piece out with a craft knife then placing them by hand! However I had to 'learn' so did what was required! The images below are all my own work, my own hand drawn images that were then combined within photoshop creating each individual new image. 

So why am I showing these? Good question! I have been exploring my artwork, considering how to develop an idea further, to use for hand embroidery. I also included a photo of angles of the fairy ring I designed and created a little while ago.  Maybe I will need new sketches of the direction I am planning to move into....

NEW RELEASES

Hello friends,

I have been really busy already this month with 2 New Cross stitch designs, 3 if you count the Mini Monthly Sardine too! I have loads of ideas, would you like to see anything specific?  If you suggest a new design, or maybe something you have always wanted to cross stitch you could receive it free from me as a thank you.

I Am Back!

 Hello everyone!

Thankfully after an epic 66 day stay in hospital I am now home, I came home 2 days ago and have been trying to readjust. 

Some maybe aware that I am a wheelchair user, previously to my recent hospital stay I only used my wheelchair outside my home as I could hobble/furniture surf around my home.  However now I am unable to hobble or furniture surf about, I am 100% dependent upon my powered wheelchair.  It is taking some adjustment physically within my home where my family have had to move things about and mentally too.  One day at a time.

Enough of that! I have a LOT to catch up on! I was last in my home on the 4th January 2026! I briefly had my laptop in hospital but I couldn't really do anything.  Thankfully my tech support (Han - daughter) launched my Mini Monthly Sardines as I had already predetermined the date they would launch monthly.

That date is the 15th of every month, TODAY!! 

Yes!! April's Mini Monthly Sardine is available today on my Etsy HERE

April's Mini Monthly Sardine design has been heavily influenced by April showers, new flowering growth and sheep in the fields.

But don't forget if you have just come across my designs, January is still available as an introductory offer for only 50p! Each monthly design as they are launched (15th of every month) will only be £3.00 (with Etsy's fees). 

As I have 'been away' I have some cross stitching to catch up on, my fridge still shows January!
